Seaside offers three levels of outpatient care to patients who have not gone through our Seaside Residential Inpatient Program (IP). New patients will go through an intensive assessment process in their first outpatient visit with a resident psychologist who will work with the new client to recommend a level of care based on the client’s assessment outcome and schedule.
Seaside Continuing Care Outpatient Program (OP):
6 hours per week or less
- Available Monday-Friday between 10:00am and 8:00pm, based on patient availability and clinical availability (additional hours may be available with prior arrangement).
- Patients must agree to abide by all Seaside guidelines, which include submitting to a breathalyzer and drug screening on arrival.
- Patients collaborate with the treatment team to choose from a menu of individual options, such as: Individual therapy, family therapy sessions (with or without participating family members), EMDR/anxiety reduction therapy, acupuncture, massage, individual relapse prevention/addictions therapy, individual holistic therapy.
Seaside Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP):
9 hours per week
- Available Monday-Friday between 10:00am and 8:00pm, based on individual and clinical availability (additional hours may be available with prior arrangement).
- Patients collaborate with the treatment team to choose from a menu of individual options, such as: Individual therapy, family therapy sessions (with or without participating family members), EMDR/anxiety reduction therapy, acupuncture, massage, individual relapse prevention/addictions therapy, individual holistic therapy.
Seaside Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP):
3-5 days per week, 10am-5:30pm (7.5 hours/day)
- Patients collaborate with the treatment team to choose from a menu of individual options, such as: Individual therapy, family therapy sessions (with or without participating family members), EMDR/anxiety reduction therapy, acupuncture, massage, individual relapse prevention/addictions therapy, individual holistic therapy.
